It’s a glorious start to the Bank Holiday weekend, and a little trip to Tehidy is in order, as I believed that the bluebells were blooming.
We headed off to Cot Road entrance only to find that the car park was chokka block full, so a quick redirection took us to the overflow car park/field at the North Cliffs entrance.
Despite all of the cars that were parked, we barely saw anyone on our walk around the woodlands, and even managed to get a seat outside of the cafe, in the sunshine, to have a cuppa and for Paul to grab a bit of bakewell tart.
Fred was not impressed at having to put his walk on hold for 20 minutes!
Thankfully I was not wrong about the bluebells, and they poked their little faces up at the sunshine, smiling at us as we passed.
Then it was time to head back towards the car and home again
Thankfully Fred remembered the way….
