Fred is my 400th!

Amazingly this is my 400th post! I know - who'd've thunk I'd have that much to say! LOL
Anyway, I just had to show you all these pictures.
My big boy took his little boy for a walk tonight, and they got caught in a sudden down pour of very heavy rain.

now, Fred gets very excited when he has been for his evening walk, and looks for me through the French doors as he is coming back up the garden through the back gate. His normal routine it to then charge through the back door and fling himself, full force onto my lap, paws on my chest and nose against my nose, at all times, wagging his tail so hard that it looks like it could drop off!

Having warned Paul that the rain may get him, I was prepared, not wanting to be attacked by wet dog tonight.... I was sat leaning forward on the edge of the chair, with his big brown towel in my hands..... the joy in Freds face trebled..... not only could he tell me about his evening stroll, and slobber all over me, but he could also get to play games and roll around with his favourite towel friend....

As you can see, the puffing and panting finally wore him out and he settled on the sofa next to his Dad. wrapped in aforementioned favourite friend, towelly.

This has got to be the best time of the day with Fred, he is such a loving little thing, and can't help but show you how much he enjoys spending time with us. Not long after these pictures he flaked out next to his Dad.
It's a hard life for a dog, don't you think, LOL!
